The website is accessible 24/7, except during maintenance periods. Ecoplanta cannot guarantee that the website will always be operational. Likewise, it is not liable for the effects of force majeure, breakdowns or technical problems affecting the hardware, programs and software or the Internet, which may cause the service to be suspended or interrupted. Ecoplanta is not liable for delays, difficulties of use or incompatibility between the current website and the user’s files, browser or any other program used to access the website.

The website is available free of charge (excluding the costs of connecting to the website which are paid by the user).
